Annotation services allows you to annotate, markup & collaborate on more than 200 document types and easily integrates with any type of application, content management system, CRM Application, Project Management Solution etc. Each user can add different annotations or open other users annotations & comments. Each annotation/comments are stored as separate XML files associated with the original document and do not alter or change the original file.

Annotations can be added on any kind of documents and are stored outside of the document as XML files and not written on document, thus retaining the original document for compliance reasons.

Save annotations on server side
Annotations created by users are saved on server side as XML files associated with original documents. Users have the capability to turn annotations on or off or even open annotations created by other users.
