Prateek Kathpal
(Founder, President & CEO)
Prateek Kathpal founded the company with a vision to create enterprise-wide viewing solutions that would replace traditional thick client viewing technology. Prateek’s vision has evolved into Adeptol’s award-winning document viewing technology used by businesses across the world.
Prateek believes that business software must be easy to configure, manage and deploy and should work in a way that evolves with the company’s changing needs. Under Prateek’s direction, Adeptol has turned this concept into a reality through the Adeptol's AJAX Document Viewer Platform, which allows clients to easily tailor the Adeptol framework to their unique requirements and to view millions of documents at faster speed and with high fidelity.
Prior to founding Adeptol, Prateek held senior positions within the Content Management Division of EMC. Prateek has more than 12 years of experience in the ECM space and has worked with companies like EMC, NEC, Sapient, Cognizant, JPMorgan Chase and others. Prateek also founded a SaaS Content Management Venture which was acquired by a China-based company in 2008. Prateek is an Engineering graduate with an MBA in Marketing.

Lubomir Duchon (Chief Technology Officer)
Lubomir Duchon is responsible for all product direction and strategy activities for Adeptol and leads the product engineering, quality assurance and information technology group within Adeptol. With over 15 years of experience in building and delivering technology solutions, Lubomir provides consistent and balanced leadership to support the delivery of Adeptol’s innovative and award-winning solutions to the market. Prior to joining Adeptol, Lubomir founded and served as CTO for several companies in the past like Kio.sk, Internet Media Group (acquired by Blue C Inc) and others.
Lubomir holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Informatics and has worked for several financial services and technology companies in the past. Lubomir is fluent in English, German, Slovak, Czech and Russian languages.
